金融援助 Awards

If you have an anticipated financial aid award, any remaining funds after your tuition and general fees have been paid will be applied toward your housing fees. Your anticipated aid award must be sufficient to cover your tuition and installment amount due in order to avoid the $30 late fee. 

金融援助 award cannot be applied toward any late fees.

triple-occupancy credit

Students who live in a triple occupancy unit will receive a credit of up to $800 每学期 per student (or $1,600 for the academic year) for the period occupied by three residents.  

Students who live in a triple occupancy unit with only 2 students will receive up to $200 每学期 per student.  

For the Fall semester, a credit of up to $400 each will be applied to your account in 10月ober and December. For the Spring semester, a credit of up to $400 each will be applied in 3月ch and May.

Any remaining credit on your account will be refunded at the end of the academic year.

This option is only available for the 学生宿舍.

Student Housing Application Fee:

All students applying to live on-campus will pay a nonrefundable $50 Application Fee in order to submit an application. This fee cannot be waived or deferred. Our system will have you pay through Student Business Services' secure payment portal.
